Who we are
AmfaTech is a software company that builds ERP software, mobile apps, websites and AI automation. This policy explains what information we collect through amfatech7.com and how we use it. You can reach us at info@amfatech7.com.
Information we collect
Contact form: when you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address and the message you write. We use it only to reply to you.
Client feedback: when a client submits feedback through a private review link, we receive the company name, project, remarks and, if chosen, a business type. We never collect or publish a client's personal name, phone number or email address through that form. Feedback is shown on the website only after we approve it, and a client can ask us to hide the company name or remove the review.
Messages on WhatsApp, phone or email: if you contact us through these channels we keep the conversation to handle your request.
How we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support our services and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising
